Use, consolidation and weaponization of global technical and communications
Increase in threats of expanding lockdowns due to virulence virus strain
Widespread mobilization of military and law enforcement
Vast movement of material assets in the past week being deployed to all 50 states
Increase in the fall out of local law enforcement and military due to civil unrest
