While CEN does not know of any credible threats directly to the Christian community at large, the trends in the past have been for actors to influence communication flows and interaction.
CEN Founder and President Mary Marr says: “While we do not have any credible evidence the Christian community may be targeted it is always wise to keep our emergency plans current including regular exercise drills to be ready to care for others who are feeling hopeless and afraid and share the Gospel with or without notice.”
CEN advises all Christians responsible for their organizations, facilities and house churches to be be aware of the increase in potential attacks including cyberwar to be ready to respond with the Hope of Christ.
