Lord God Almighty our gracious Father, You are holy and worthy of all our praise. We treasure Your Word in our minds, hearts and soul as You instruct us of Your gifts imparted to us, all made in Your image and called by Your Name. The world taunts messages of fear everyday wanting us to depend on sources other than You for help and hope. But we must embrace Your Spirit giving us power to overcome darkness and to advance Your principles in the world around us. You give us a spirit of love to even love our enemies and cover a multitude of sins. Your gift of self-control keeps us from reacting to where we respond by Your Spirit governing us. Help us overcome fear that the enemy purports in the world by the Holy Spirit You give us. Jesus our Savior through Your risen life we come to meet with our God. AMEN
