“...for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:”
Romans 3:23 (KJV)
Dear Heavenly Father, we come to you today full of gratefulness for your never-ending grace and love. And, although we are troubled by the chaos and the evil throughout this fallen world, we take comfort in the knowledge that you are always with us and guiding our steps. Place your hand of protection around those who are being persecuted in Afghanistan and other regions around the world. Please comfort those who struggle with pain and loss and injustice in this world. Give us all strength and give us the wisdom to say and do the things that would bring honor to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
