While CEN does not know of any credible threats directly to the Christian community at large, the trends in the past have been for actors to influence communication flows and interaction.
CEN Founder and President Mary Marr says: “While we do not have any credible evidence the Christian community may be targeted it is always wise to keep our emergency plans current including regular exercise drills to be ready to care for others who are feeling hopeless and afraid and share the Gospel with or without notice.”
CEN advises all Christians responsible for their organizations, facilities and house churches to be be aware of the increase in potential attacks including cyberwar to be ready to respond with the Hope of Christ.

Let’s PRAY!
“Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.” Proverbs 3:4-6
Father, we acknowledge that without You walking with us every step of the way we fall short and have unhealthy fear. You have taught us to seek your face and rest in your arms, trusting in your plan for our lives. We pray your Holy Spirit will guide us and lead us in the way we should go, preparing us for the days ahead to be able to fully Glorify You! God please help us to be aware and ready to respond to others who are hurting, lost and in fear. Amen
