JESUS OUR ANCHOR OF HOPE
Those residents affected by Hurricane IAN have lost their basic qualities of life from banking services, to secure and clean living accommodations, while Christian volunteers continue to offer the Hope of Jesus Christ in the aftermath of Hurricane IAN.
Many Christian response organizations who usually have hundreds of volunteers come forward to assist in a disaster of this proportion are still in need of more boots on the ground as many are still asking for help not only with their physical loss, but with a sense of hopelessness amid the rubble and debris. They need us and our prayers more than ever, since the Hurricane first hit the Southeastern coast of our Nation. The physical clean up and restoration takes long months and continual commitment to assist these affected lives, property and commerce. More so the emotional toll requires spiritual answers found in our faithful God. Who will tell them about the Hope found only in Jesus?
"Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." Romans 15:13
Let’s pray:
Father God Almighty, we continue to pray, believing that you are an anchor that keeps us in a safe place regardless of how strongly the winds of trouble blow, an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast offered to all, mediated by your precious Holy Spirit. Now God of all hope fill our nation's affected by this physical disaster with all joy and peace by helping them to believe in You. Bring hands and feet and those who testify of You. Help them abound in hope by the power of Your Holy Spirit renewing and restoring them by their spiritual and physical needs being met. Let their hope become fixed and remain on JESUS, the anchor of every hope by our never changing God. Romans 15:13

“FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS”
Praying and believing the right people respond to the call for help.
ReplyDeletePraying and believing the right people are being raised into service!
ReplyDeletePraying the Lord will raise just the right people for this ministry of service.
ReplyDeleteWe continue to pray and believe for rapid restoration of basic services and for the restoration of homes, schools, and businesses. Moreover, we pray for the spiritual and mental resilience of each member of the body of Christ so they can be a beacon of hope to those similarly effected by this disaster who do not yet know our Savior! We pray for expediency and stability of repairs for the area and of course we pray for the crews to have a superhuman like strength to keep going.
ReplyDeleteDuring this beautiful time of celebrating the birth of our Savior Jesus. We continue to prayer: Let their hope become fixed and remain on JESUS, the anchor of every hope by our never changing God. Romans 15:13
