Queen Elizabeth II, the longest reigning monarch of the United Kingdom and beloved leader of the free world died this week after talking about and serving her Maker faithfully and sacrificially for 96 years! Al-Qaeda’s killing spree on Christians in Somalia, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Mogadishu as well as Nigeria are bringing Christians worldwide to their knees! It is not a time to turn a blind eye to the rise in Christian persecution worldwide through inflammatory rhetoric, data breaches and violent assaults. Threats to youth groups as school commences combined with violent attacks on an innocent Memphis teacher/jogger Eliza Fletcher inspired citywide/church prayer vigils this week.
