Let’s PRAY!
“But this I call to mind, and therefore I have hope: The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases, his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. “The LORD is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in him.” Lamentations 3:21
Father Holy Righteous God, come meet us in this passage given to order each new day you give us to live and serve you. Here you remind us of where real abiding hope comes–from your steadfast love and mercies, never ending washing over and in us from your infinite faithfulness. As atrocities and ungodliness continue, we claim You for the source of our hope, our trust knowing You never fail even when we hurt, grieve, mourn You are there and Your love remains for us Your creation. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus through You today and always. AMEN
