CEN issues URGENT Call to PRAY - May 3 - over Social Media Today!
CEN is inviting Christians to join together in PRAYER over social media on Tuesday May 3 as
headlines riveted around the ownership of the social media platform Twitter this week. The global media giants’ hold on messaging linked to freedom of speech grabbed our attention bringing a fresh wave of confusion. Is Social Media a Threat or a Blessing?
Prior to intercession, CEN’s National Safety Security team will discuss the pros and cons of social media as a threat to Jesus as Universal Truth, our democratic republic, but also personal being surrounding the safety aspects of the medium.
They will provide accurate information on what constitutes a threat? How may anyone be put at risk by social media today? What is the risk to our youth? What is the primary threat of social media we need to be prepared to mitigate? How are Christians being trained to mitigate safety threats?
And they will answer….How can you use social media to build relationships around timely actionable information sharing that saves lives? How can social media provide personal and faith community security awareness for resilience? How can social media be helpful in incident mitigation? SIGN UP:
