For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires,”  

2 Timothy 4:1-3

 

Dear Heavenly Father, Most High, Mighty God and Supreme Judge over all the earth,  

            We bow before You as people who have sinned against You through our silence and lack of boldness. Today, this very moment we join together and beg Your forgiveness.  

            Today we stand together, unified against the evil one and beg for You to speak to those in earthly high places to make decisions that will uphold Your Holy Word. Move their hearts to abide by Your law “Do not Murder”. Move those who oppose Your law to confess their sins.  Remove the dark veil that covers the eyes of the deceived and bring them into Your fold of grace and mercy.

            We give You all the glory for the outcome knowing that You alone will give us the strength to endure in “such a time as this”.  We are absolutely confident that You and You alone work all things together for our good.  

            You, O God, are the Alpha and Omega and in You we place our faith as well as our trust to speak boldly, for the day is coming that all men will acknowledge You as Lord over all. Give us more time to step up and speak out as You direct us individually to share the Hope of Jesus Christ. We Love You, Amen
